small windows tasteless bread

the room i got did not match the pictures online the windows were small and faced a wall it felt quite claustrophobic because of this. also, the fresh bread at breakfast was dry it did not have much taste. i thought i would have had more options.

friendly staff wonderful spa

the hotel staff were super friendly and even gave a complimentary treat for my mum's birthday. the spa was quite wonderful and i will definitely be back. (i loved the sauna!).

the room was a bit smaller than expected, even though i booked a king room.

amazing stay near tower hill!

king bed complimentary water

the superior king room was fantastic. the king-sized bed offered very nice comfort and the room was very clean. i really appreciated the daily complimentary bottles of water and free fruit in the foyer (what a thoughtful touch!).

The air conditioning made a loud banging noise, even after it was supposedly fixed. It broke again during the night. this made the room uncomfortably warm, and it definitely impacted my sleep.
