hot food food options friendly staff helpful staff outdated bathroom extra charge crowded breakfast
the location was great, near tower hill tube station. i liked the breakfast it has many hot food options too. the staff was very friendly and helpful, a special mention to robert the manager.
the bathroom seemed a bit outdated with shower curtains. i didnt like there was an extra charge for early check in.

small windows tasteless bread
the room i got did not match the pictures online the windows were small and faced a wall it felt quite claustrophobic because of this. also, the fresh bread at breakfast was dry it did not have much taste. i thought i would have had more options.

friendly staff wonderful spa
the hotel staff were super friendly and even gave a complimentary treat for my mum's birthday. the spa was quite wonderful and i will definitely be back. (i loved the sauna!).
the room was a bit smaller than expected, even though i booked a king room.

The breakfast experience was AMAZING!!! Ashra, my server, ensured I had everything I needed. The omelet station offered a great variety of fresh ingredients. The omelets were perfectly cooked. It made my morning so enjoyable!

amazing stay near tower hill!
king bed complimentary water
the superior king room was fantastic. the king-sized bed offered very nice comfort and the room was very clean. i really appreciated the daily complimentary bottles of water and free fruit in the foyer (what a thoughtful touch!).
The air conditioning made a loud banging noise, even after it was supposedly fixed. It broke again during the night. this made the room uncomfortably warm, and it definitely impacted my sleep.

the superior king room was spacious with an excellent king bed. the air conditioning worked well initially (before it broke!) and the room was very clean. i liked having robes and slippers available.

staff members were helpful and very friendly. the breakfast staff were especially great, always smiling (it set a positive tone for the day!). i also found the concierge service to be efficient.

the hotel is just around the corner from tower hill underground station. i found it very convenient for exploring all attractions. several shops are close by.

the superior queen room two queen beds were a good size for my needs. staff was helpful with directions to nearby attractions. i found the gym facilities adequate with several treadmills.
the elevators were slow at peak times.
